Your mission…
As the Retail Supervisor, you are an expert in retail. The Retail Supervisor ensures local implementation of the action plan, develops and leads the BA (Beauty Advisors) field, promoting good information flow and open communication. You will be the voice of L'Oreal LUXE in your retail field. You will be reporting to the Retail Sales Manager of Luxury Division Finland in your role.

Identifies and reacts to business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities in the region- Recruits manage, develops, and retains his direct team on operational excellence and business performance, working with the Retail unit manager.
- Presents brand and launch initiatives to retailers
- When in-store, coaches and develops teams by working side by side with the team while seeking ways to grow each of their business doors
- Oversees BA, coaching, education, motivating teams
- Lead by example in service and sales
- Ensures resources allocated are maximized and budget respected
- Is the link between the retail and field teams
- Collaborate with and support field sales and retail education in events, Beauty Advisor events, and client roadshows.
Your profile...
- You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role and experience as a supervisor.
- You are fluent in English and Finnish.
- You are a strong communicator and a proven self-starter with an excellent strategic view and an operative mindset.
- You know how to use Excel and PowerPoint.
- You can work independently
- You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- You are a strong team player and can build connections & networks
- You have a hands-on and pro-active approach and want to drive results
