HR RECRUITER
Job Requirements:
- · Must be Fluent English Speaker
- · Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
- · Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position
- · Strong understanding of national laws related to HR
- · Excellent communication and coordination skills
- · Work from home (Temporally) until Our site is ready
- · Cairo Residence Only (Nasr City Preferred)
Job Description:
- · Manage the entire hiring process including recruiting top talented Lead Generator Specialist, scheduling interviews, conducting phone interviews, hiring successful candidates, onboarding new hires
- · Design and update job descriptions
- · Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
- · Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- · Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- · Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- · Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- · Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- · Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Compensation:
- · EGP 8,000 Net
- · EGP 2,000 KPI’s
