Job Requirements:

  • · Must be Fluent English Speaker
  • · Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
  • · Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position
  • · Strong understanding of national laws related to HR
  • · Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • · Work from home (Temporally) until Our site is ready
  • · Cairo Residence Only (Nasr City Preferred)

Job Description:

  • · Manage the entire hiring process including recruiting top talented Lead Generator Specialist, scheduling interviews, conducting phone interviews, hiring successful candidates, onboarding new hires
  • · Design and update job descriptions
  • · Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
  • · Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • · Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • · Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
  • · Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • · Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • · Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

Compensation:

  • · EGP 8,000 Net
  • · EGP 2,000 KPI’s

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: E£8,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)
