- Lastmile operation process (pickup, sorting center, handover, delivery) optimization, related quality control mechanism setup and management;
- Through data and failure cases analysis, find optimization opportunity, develop improvement plans and follow execution result;
- Lastmile CP operation and management, imprve delivery efficiency and lead time KPI monitoring and improvement;
- Base on company strategy and industry development, initial cross-function process optimization and project landing, push leading time and experience improvements from LM CP receive parcels till delivery, and enhance customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Five+ years cross board e-commerce logistics and quality management experiences. Strong cross function communications and project management skills;
- Deep insight of sorting center and lastmile delivery related process, rich experience of lean management;
- Be skillful of data analysis and system thinking. D11 promotion and sorting center management experience will be advantage.
- Fluent English, accept locate to Mexico City.
