The Job's Mission

Support the Human Resources Team in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development functions.


Main responsibilities



Talent Acquisition :
  • Provide general recruitment support including publication of vacancies, logistical coordination, pre-screening of candidates, interview scheduling, organizing assessments and reference checks
  • Manage the Application Tracking System, answer general queries on our recruitment processes, questions from candidates on the status of their specific application or guide them through the online application process
  • Format job ads and publish on different support (internal, website, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Coordinate interviews with recruiters, line managers, and candidates. Book interview rooms, ensure campus security guidelines are applied
  • Close recruitment process on ATS, release negative responses to candidates, download application files to ensure personnel files are completed
  • May run interviews for administrative staff, interns and temporary roles
  • Maintain KPI’s and provide follow-up analysis of completed and ongoing recruitments to evaluate and measure satisfaction and results to improve services.

Learning and Development :
  • Work closely with the HR Business partners to facilitate the onboarding and development of employees
  • Manage the Onboarding journey
  • Process with registration with internal and external parties; track demands and registration in our Excel tool.
  • Maintain KPI’s and Development budget. Prepare presentations.
  • Manage LinkedIn Learning
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of any Learning & Development events
  • Manage Purchase Orders for all HR related invoices & liaise with finance to proceed for payment

Support to the wider HR Team:
  • Initiate Work certificates as per template
  • Follow-up on end of trial period. Send forms to managers.
  • Manage gits for events

Education & Experience:
  • Maturité or Bachelor.
  • Fluent in English and French with excellent oral and written skills in both languages

Competencies:
  • Autonomous with a capacity to work with a minimum supervision
  • High service orientation with great attention to details
  • Results oriented, eager to learn, hands-on and team player
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Digital savvy with high command of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint in particular.
  • Experience with an Application Tracking System (SuccessFactors/Salesforce a plus).
  • Demonstrate maturity in handling confidential and sensitive matters at all times
