We are looking for Academic Counsellor/ Telecaller for our coaching institute who will working remotely. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential students through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
Job Responsibilities Include:.
- Manage & convert leads from social media & CRM.
- Call the leads and provide remote counselling services to students.
- Achieve Sales / Calling Targets to contribute to the company-level growth target
- Extend support to potential students.
- Brief the students about our course in detail and understand their needs accordingly.
- Responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

3. Prior experience in sales and business development is an add on.
