ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

• As a HubSpot developer, you will be working closely with our digital team to rollout our CRM technical strategy.
• Our infrastructure consists of 4 major platforms: Shopify for E-Commerce, Hubspot for CRM, Make (formerly Integromat) for API Orchestration, and AWS as our PaaS.
• As the Hubspot Developer, your role is to assist in the deployment of a single Hubspot instance that will cater for 4 brands, more than 15 Shopify stores (Mix of B2B and B2C), within the coming 18 months.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Primarily responsible for seamless integration of HubSpot with Third Party services, ensuring efficient data flow and smooth operations.
• Develop, write, and maintain technical specifications based on business requirements, ensuring clear guidelines for implementation and customization.
• Set up and manage workflows and emailers within the HubSpot platform, optimizing automation and streamlining communication processes.
• Oversee and manage HubSpot APIs, Custom Modules, CMS, and Workflow modules, ensuring their proper functioning and alignment with business needs.
• Perform quality assurance checks on website integrations and CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and optimal user experience.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in effectively managing CRM platforms.
• Extensive technical expertise in HubSpot, including the ability to set it up from scratch.
• Profound knowledge of HubSpot REST APIs, enabling seamless integration and advanced customization.
• In-depth proficiency in HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing, HubSpot CMS, and HubSpot Integration technology, ensuring comprehensive utilization of the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Thorough understanding of Third-Party Apps and their integration with the HubSpot platform, allowing for enhanced functionality and expanded capabilities within the ecosystem.
