Your tasks will be to:
- Respond to inquiries (inbound, outbound, emails and chat) from potential members and assess their needs;
- Educate potential members and enroll their pets in an insurance policy;
- Review enrollment and insurance processes to ensure they are adequate and accurate;
- Handle policy cancellation requests and attempt to retain customers;
- Provide any information requested by potential and existing members;
- Document all relevant information received from potential and existing members;
- Ensure that the appropriate policy requirements are met and submitted;
- Comply with regulations and procedures regarding confidentiality, insurance and other financial services;
- Communicate any criticism, sensitive situations or complaints to a team leader;
- Build trust with each customer to be an ambassador of the brand;
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken;
- Meet the continuing education requirements;
- Flexible availability from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm;
- Self-confidence, autonomy, thoroughness and strong interpersonal skills;
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales in a high-volume business to business environment;
- Active General Insurance License - P&C in Ontario and/or Damage Insurance License in Quebec and good standing with regulatory agencies;
- Understanding of P&C / Damage Insurance product marketing trends;
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality;
- Ability to deal with clients in difficult situations;
- Representatives who are motivated to achieve high performance standards;
- Possibility to connect directly to your modem (by cable) and access to Internet connection, of course: minimum download and upload speeds of 60Mbps - the faster the better!
